Payment
For added security all of the payments made online are hosted by Secure Hosting. Secure Hosting are one of the UK's leading electronic payment providers and have the systems and experience to ensure your card payment is totally safe. Your refunds will also be processed using the same system. You can pay using Maestro, Solo, credit or debit card. The only card we do not accept is American Express.
Delivery charges
All of our parcels are delivered using Royal Mail within the UK, unless a courier service is requested by you, which can be arranged. DHL is used for Europe and Rest of the World. Postage charges are as follows:

We do endeavour to send your parcel to you as quickly as possible but please allow a maximum of 7 days delivery.
Unfortunately we are not able to refund delivery charges, and cost of postage on returns is the responsibility of the customer.

The fit of clothes will depend on the cut and fabric of the garment but, to help with your ordering we have calculated an approximate size guide.

The bust measurements are taken from the widest party of the bust, the hip measurement from eight inches below your waist or your widest part.
Trouser lengths are given in centimeters on the inside of the leg as stated (all sizes are approximate). We are unable to give skirt lengths for bias cut skirts as the items are longer on the hanger but come up shorter when worn so are difficult to measure.
Lengths of tops and jackets are measured from the centre back unless otherwise stated.
Returns Policy
As a small company we ask that mail order returns are sent back to us within 14 days of receipt. Goods returned within 14 days will be refunded. Please use the returns note included in your parcel or the exchange section for changes of sizes, colours etc.
Items bought on Sale cannot be refunded. However we can issue you with a Credit note in the form of a voucher number which you can use on the next online purchase. Please contact raffaella@ellaboutique.co.uk to have your credit note issued.
Stock Availability
Whilst we make every effort to ensure that this website is up-to-date it is not possible to ensure that all items are always available when you order.
NB: Certain items may be out of stock online but could well still be available at our Chelsea boutique.
All orders are accepted subject to availability of the goods. If any ordered goods are not readily available to us, we will inform you as soon as possible. For the avoidance of doubt other goods ordered by you will be dispatched in the normal way
